Adven builds the systems that turn community development ideas into programs that are funded, governed and built to last. At ISDev, he leads fundraising strategy, manages the grant pipeline and designs the governance and risk frameworks that keep programs accountable to communities and funders. His path into development is unusual. Adven trained as a materials engineer at Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember Surabaya, and he brings that discipline to development: clear structure, tested assumptions and attention to where systems can fail. He moved into international development with World Vision Indonesia and served as a consultant on World Bank in Energy and Extractives Team. He holds a Master of Management in Sustainability from Trisakti University. Adven brings engineering rigor, management training and field experience to every partnership ISDev builds. His conviction is simple: strong programs need strong foundations, and he makes sure those foundations are in place before the work begins. He is based in Denpasar, Bali.

Ilmi Mayuni Bumi is a business development and digital enablement practitioner passionate about the interplay between socio-technology and sustainable living in our modern landscape. Bridging an academic background in Materials Engineering with an MBA from the Rotman School of Management, University of Toronto, she brings over nine years of cross-functional experience across tech, strategy, and digital governance, including contributing to the establishment of Indonesia’s national AI strategy body (KORIKA). Ilmi works to ensure that technological innovation directly aligns with social equity, environmental stewardship, and enduring community impact.

Mohamad Mulkinugraha is a carbon business development analyst with over five years in Indonesia’s energy transition. At Pertamina New Renewable Energy, he originates and structures technology based carbon projects across the energy and waste handling sectors, guiding methodology selection and registration under domestic and international frameworks including Verra, GCC and Article 6. He works with the Ministry of Environment and the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources on carbon market regulation, and engages carbon rating bodies such as Sylvera, BeZero Carbon and Calyx to benchmark project integrity. He leads carbon market intelligence and developed an in house carbon calculator for Scope 3 emissions accounting. His earlier work spans financial modelling, carbon capture and storage, EV and battery projects, and solar PV and biomethane development. He served as a World Bank consultant on renewable supply chains and women’s empowerment in small scale gold mining. He graduated in Physics from ITB.

Ulfi has more than six years of procurement and project management experience in the energy and infrastructure sectors. She currently serves as a Procurement Staff at PT Sarana Multi Infrastruktur (Persero), Indonesia’s state-owned infrastructure financing company, where she manages the procurement of consulting services. Over her career, she has managed procurement for development projects financed by the World Bank and the Asian Development Bank. This includes geothermal energy projects that advance Indonesia’s transition to clean energy. She also contributed to the World Bank on fiscal modeling for mining projects and conducting evaluations for scholarship programs. Ulfi has extensive experience in procurement, project management, and administrative support in the energy sector.

Mike is a research associate with extensive experience in social sciences and policy research. He has supported multiple research projects under the Universitas Sumatera Utara Research Institute, assisting in data collection, questionnaire preparation, and data analysis. His key projects include studies on digital detoxification for teenagers and digital literacy in Medan, focusing on misinformation and social media use. Additionally, he served as a Teaching Assistant for courses in Qualitative Research Methods, Media and Society, and Public Relations. Mickhael has also contributed to large-scale research efforts in collaboration with organizations like Traction Energy Asia and Wahana Visi Indonesia, advancing his expertise in research design and communication.

Safura Intan Herlusia is a development specialist with five years of experience in GEDSI-informed programming across Indonesia’s natural resource governance and extractives sector, including GEDSI mainstreaming in project design, implementation, and MEL. Familiarity with donor-funded programs in Indonesia, including as a consultant with The World Bank and on Global Affairs Canada (GAC) and Australian Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT)-funded projects. Brings a strong track record in GEDSI-informed landscape assessment, policy analysis, and partnerships across government, industry, and civil society.

Sustainability and Social Impact Specialist with 8+ years of experience leading the end-to-end execution of sustainability and CSR programs across environmental, social, and community pillars. Skilled at translating strategy and global directives into structured action plans, timelines, and cross-functional workflows, and at coordinating internal teams and external stakeholders, including NGOs, corporate partners, and community organizations, to deliver programs on time and with measurable impact. Proven track record managing multi-partner portfolios with international corporate funders across environmental, climate resilience, education, WASH, and community child protection, and inclusive programs initiatives. Civil engineering foundation, BNSP-certified risk management credential (QRMO), and a consistent record of high ownership, structured thinking, and stakeholder trust-building in fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environments.
